Apartment Features

The name of the Condominium Reina Del Mar means “Queen of the Sea” in English. Reinita (pronounced “ray NEE ta”) is a diminuitive form of Reina meaning “Little Queen”, hence the name of the apartment, Reinita. Coincidentally, Reinita is also the common name for a bird which is a constant visitor of the balcony at the apartment. The Reinita de Puerto Rico (or Puerto Rican Honeycreeper or Bananaquit, as it is known in the Lesser Antilles), Coereba flaveola portoricensis, is a nectar-eater and often builds nests near homes.

The apartment sleeps up to four persons: The air-conditioned bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room sofa can be opened to sleep two persons.
